Exchanges are processed once the goods are received, in order to verify the integrity of the returned items. (The first exchange is free, subsequent exchanges cost €14)

The interested party, having read the information below, expressly accepts the registration and processing of their data for information requests.

Information pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003:

E) Rights of the interested party
In relation to the present processing of personal data, pursuant to Article 7 of the Privacy Code:

The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.
The interested party has the right to obtain information on:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identification details of the data controller, data processors, and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representatives in the territory of the State, data processors, or persons in charge of processing.
The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification, or, when interested, the integration of the data;
b) the erasure, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in cases where this fulfillment proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of means compared to the protected right.
The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
