RETURN POLICY

To initiate the return procedure, simply message us on WhatsApp at 3894391789, within 7 days of receiving the item.

You will need to provide the order number, which items you wish to return, and your request, choosing from the 3 available options: (WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS)

Size exchange for the same item;
Item exchange
Gift Card (voucher of the same value);

FREE RETURN FOR ORDERS OVER €100

Exchanges are processed once the merchandise is received, to verify its integrity. (The first exchange is free; subsequent exchanges cost €14 each)

*Shipping costs are excluded from refunds, including return shipping costs. (€14+VAT)

For any rejections after shipping the goods, a penalty of €37 for transport costs will be applied.
