2. What are the delivery times?
We ship exclusively with Poste Italiane. Shipping is free for orders over €80. Orders are processed and shipped within 24/48 hours of purchase, on working days. For orders placed by 12:00 PM, we strive to ship the package the same day.
Estimated times: 48 hours for Northern and Central Italy — 24 hours for Southern Italy and Islands. Times may be longer for Sardinia and remote locations.

3. Can I return an item?
Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving the order. To start the procedure, write to us on WhatsApp at 389 4391789 or via email info@mascarogallery.com, indicating the order number and the items to be returned.
We do not issue cash refunds, but you can choose from 3 options:
- Size exchange for the same item
- Item exchange
- Gift Card of equivalent value
Shipping costs are free for orders over €80.
